Każdy pojazd potrzebuje urządzenia GPS. Oferujemy proste w instalacji lokalizatory OBD plug & play do aut osobowych oraz urządzenia przewodowe do instalacji stałej — jeśli są potrzebne. Sprzęt możesz kupić lub wynająć. Jeśli masz już kompatybilne urządzenia (np. Teltonika, Queclink), możesz bez problemu używać ich z FleetOnAir.
Czy muszę podpisywać długoterminową umowę?
Nie. FleetOnAir działa w elastycznym modelu subskrypcji miesięcznej lub rocznej. W każdej chwili możesz obniżyć pakiet albo zrezygnować, bez żadnych kar. Plany roczne oferują zniżki.
Czy są jakieś opłaty instalacyjne?
Nie ma żadnych opłat za instalację ani wdrożenie. Płacisz wyłącznie za subskrypcję oraz urządzenia GPS (lub ich wynajem). Cena obejmuje aktualizacje o nowe funkcje, wsparcie podczas onboardingu, standardową obsługę klienta oraz materiały wdrożeniowe. Profesjonalny montaż jest dostępny opcjonalnie, ale nie jest wymagany.
Jak rozliczane są płatności?
Za każdy aktywny pojazd naliczamy stały abonament miesięczny lub roczny. Płatności dokonasz przelewem lub kartą. Faktury aktualizują się automatycznie, kiedy zmienia się liczba pojazdów.
Czy dostępna jest wersja próbna lub demo?
Tak. Możesz przetestować FleetOnAir w ramach 30-dniowego okresu próbnego na wybranych pojazdach. W razie potrzeby udostępnimy urządzenia testowe, żebyś mógł sprawdzić platformę bez żadnego ryzyka. W każdej chwili możesz też umówić się na prezentację na żywo.
Czy mogę później zmienić lub rozszerzyć swój plan?
