What devices are required to use FleetOnAir?
Each vehicle requires a GPS device. We offer easy-to-install OBD plug-and-play trackers for passenger cars, as well as wired devices for permanent installations when needed.You can either purchase or rent the hardware. If you already use compatible devices (e.g. Teltonika, Queclink), you can seamlessly use them with FleetOnAir.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. FleetOnAir operates on a flexible monthly or annual subscription model. You can downgrade your plan or cancel at any time, with no penalties. Annual plans come with discounted pricing.
Are there any installation fees?
Installation of OBD plug-and-play devices is handled by the customer — we provide full support, clear instructions, and hands-on assistance from our team during onboarding.For wired installations, CAN integrations, or more advanced configurations, professional installation is available through our certified partners (optional, additional cost).
How are payments handled?
We charge a fixed monthly or annual subscription for each active vehicle. Payments can be made by bank transfer or card. Invoices are automatically updated whenever the number of vehicles changes.
Is a free trial or demo available?
Yes. You can test FleetOnAir with a 30-day free trial on selected vehicles. If needed, we can provide test devices so you can evaluate the platform with no risk. You can also schedule a live demo at any time.
Can I change or upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Plans are fully flexible — you can add vehicles, adjust your package, or change the billing cycle whenever you need. There are no penalties and no interruptions to system operation.

All GPS devices provided by us come with a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty. If a device fails during normal use, it will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost — ensuring your fleet stays fully operational.
