What hardware do I need to use FleetOnAir?
Each vehicle needs a GPS tracking device. We offer plug-and-play OBD units for cars and wired trackers for vehicles that require a fixed installation. You can buy or lease devices from us, depending on what works best for your fleet. If you already have compatible hardware (e.g., Teltonika, Queclink), you can use it with FleetOnAir.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. FleetOnAir offers flexible monthly or annual subscriptions. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime without penalties. Annual plans offer discounts, but you’re never locked in.
Are there any setup fees?
No, there are no installation or onboarding fees. You only pay for the subscription and the GPS devices. All software updates, new features, and standard support are included. Professional installation is available as an optional service, but not required.
How does billing and payment work?
You pay a fixed subscription fee per active vehicle, billed monthly (or yearly). Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Invoices include VAT and automatically adjust when you add or remove vehicles.
Is there a free trial or demo available?
Yes. You can test FleetOnAir with a free trial (typically 14–30 days) for a few vehicles. If needed, we can provide loaner devices so you can evaluate the platform with no risk. You can also schedule a live demo anytime.
Can I upgrade or change my plan later?
Yes. Plans are fully flexible — you can add vehicles, adjust your plan, or change your billing cycle whenever you need. There are no penalties or downtime.
Is there a warranty on the hardware devices?
Yes. All GPS devices we provide come with a 24-month manufacturer warranty. If a device fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost, ensuring your fleet stays online without interruption.
