Modules are paid extensions to the platform, selected to match your fleet's processes. Available modules are: dynamic mileage logging, gamification, pool vehicle booking, zone parking, and vehicle data verification in the CEPiK register. Driving style scoring (Safe Driving) and fuel consumption analysis (Eco Driving) are not modules — they are included in the Fleet Tracker package. Fleet cost control is included in Fleet Starter.
The scope of a module depends on the data available in your configuration. Pool vehicle booking, zone parking and CEPiK verification work from the Fleet Starter package onwards. Dynamic mileage logging and gamification require telematics data from the Fleet Tracker package. Remote vehicle unlocking requires access to CAN bus data or an OEM integration.
No. Modules extend your core FleetOnAir configuration and use the vehicle, driver, document and cost data already held in the platform. They are not sold as separate systems.
Modules are billed as a monthly subscription per vehicle, on top of the price of your selected package. Rates are listed on our pricing page. For larger fleets we agree pricing individually, based on the number of vehicles, the modules selected and the implementation scope.
Yes. You can add and switch off modules as your fleet's processes change. Some can also be disabled at configuration level — for example dynamic mileage logging, if your company does not settle private trips this way.
In the basic setup, bookings, availability and usage history are managed in the system, while keys are issued by a designated person or collection point at your company. Unlocking and locking a vehicle remotely from the app requires access to CAN data. We match the setup to how vehicles rotate across your fleet.
Yes. FleetOnAir can exchange data with external systems through an API and dedicated integrations. The scope of the connection depends on the process, on data availability and on the systems used in your organisation.
