Yes. Fleet Starter allows you to manage your fleet without GPS devices, including vehicle and document records, vehicle handovers, inspection and insurance deadlines, mileage records and fleet cost control. GPS is only required if you want to use real-time vehicle location, trip history or telematics data.
Yes. Fleet Starter includes a cost register, allocation of expenses to vehicles, drivers and cost centres, refuelling reports, and cost dashboards with TCO analysis — with no additional fees.
Yes. Fleet Starter allows you to maintain vehicle mileage records for VAT purposes, mark trips as business or private, and export data for selected vehicles and date ranges. VAT-26 is a separate notification submitted to the tax office. Automatic trip and mileage recording based on GPS data requires Fleet Tracker.
Yes. Fleet Starter implementation can include importing fleet data from Excel or CSV files. The scope of the import depends on the structure and quality of the available data, so you do not need to manually re-enter all information into the system.
