Fleet Starter is FleetOnAir’s solution for managing company vehicle fleets. It brings vehicles, drivers, documents, deadlines and reports together in one panel. It works without GPS devices, while GPS tracking and telematics are available separately through Fleet Tracker.
Yes. Fleet Starter supports fleet management without GPS devices, including vehicle and document records, vehicle handovers, inspection and insurance deadlines, and mileage records. GPS is only needed when a company wants live vehicle locations, route history or telematics data.
Yes. Fleet Starter supports vehicle mileage records for VAT purposes, separates business and private trips, and exports data for selected vehicles and date ranges. VAT-26 is a separate notification filed with the Polish tax office.
Fleet Starter implementation can include importing fleet data from Excel or CSV files. The scope of the import depends on the structure and quality of the available data and the agreed implementation process, reducing the need to re-enter information manually.
FleetOnAir supports integrations with external systems through its API. The scope and availability of integrations with ERP, HR, leasing, CFM and other data sources are agreed individually based on the organisation’s processes and requirements. Fleet Starter’s core functionality does not require external integrations.
Fleet Starter pricing depends on fleet size and the selected scope of functionality. The final cost is determined by the number of vehicles and the organisation’s requirements. Fleet Tracker is priced separately because it extends the system with GPS tracking and telematics.
